For validation in downloaded files

If the name has any wild cards, then looks for a downloaded file that matches the wild card search – (ex Data_*_2025.csv)
If no files found – checks whether the downloaded file is a *.zip file
If a zip file is found – the zip file is extracted to the download dir
Then search for file or a wildcard search
Handle any duplicate filename formats also
The default is that the filename is an actual name and found in the download dir
