Performing a clear & enter

Clear the text that exists currently in the element
If the element is not marked as readonly
- Remove any attributes that prevent the entering of text into the element
- Enter the tesdata into the element
  - If this fails attempt to enter the data using javascript
If element is readonly – use javascript to enter the data
